Refund policy
You can return your order for a full refund within 15 days of the shipping date. Please ensure that returned items are in their original, saleable condition. Note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must report any returned items within 15 days of delivery.
Please be aware that The Lady Bug Store is not responsible for incomplete addresses, packages returned to the sender, or lost or stolen packages.

**Refunds:**
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
**Exchanges:**
If you would like to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
**Damages and Issues:**
Please review your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
